I’m at my healthiest weight I’ve been at for a while.

"When I asked Sarah to help me reach a certain weight, she suggested we focus more on reaching a healthy weight and body composition instead of focusing on the scale. I was skeptical, because I wanted to lose weight, but I've known her for a long time and saw how she had changed her lifestyle, so I trusted her and I'm SO GLAD I did! I didn't want to lift weights for fear of getting bulky, but she talked me through the process, and now I love my weight lifting sessions. She's also been really great about making sure I do things with correct form and keeping me accountable when I try to blow off my workouts. Once I was cleared by my doctor to start working out, she created a plan that I could do with my limitations, and has worked closely with me and my doctor to ensure I'm making good progress and staying within his guidelines. I'm so grateful she agreed to take me on as a client - she's the best!" - Abby
