There were (cute) interruptions, an accountability jar, a snack break, and tears, but according to @chronicledbycait’s comments, tissues are needed in bulk. I am so so proud of this book and the journey Lyla and Kage take in this final chapter of their story. Release date announcement soon! Now, to work on Luke and Scarlett’s story (and edits to my baseball romance AND a little work on a witchy romantasy…) while Cait does copy edits!
Decided to give my debut novel away for free this Decided to give my debut novel away for free this weekend! It’s not perfect. There’s typos and grammar mistakes. I had no idea what I was doing as I worked my way through the steps of releasing my first book. There was no editor (because $$$) and I made the cover myself using a lot of YouTube tutorials and free stock images. I wrote the first draft of this book after my mom died. In fact, I wrote the first two chapters the night of her memorial service. And so, flaws and all, this one will always be special to me. Also? Nate is my favorite of my book boyfriends. 😍 Two more of my books, STRICTLY BUSINESS and POLITICAL GAIN are on sale for $1.99 in ebook format through 9/7. Happy reading!
