I’m at my healthiest weight I’ve been at for a while.

I was skeptical, because I wanted to lose weight, but I've known her for a long time and saw how she had changed her lifestyle, so I trusted her and I'm SO GLAD I did! I didn't want to lift weights for fear of getting bulky, but she talked me through the process, and now I love my weight lifting sessions. She's also been really great about making sure I do things with correct form and keeping me accountable when I try to blow off my workouts.
