No gym or working out at home? No problem. Programming can be customized to meet you where you are. You’ll also have the option to video your lifts and send them for form checks.
Fuel your body without giving up your favorite foods. You’ll receive custom macros for your body and goals as well as a “How To Count Macros” guide. Each week during check-ins, we’ll look at how you’re feeling as well as your progress to adjust macros as needed.
Our thoughts are powerful and our belief system can hold us back from achieving great things. We’ll face down roadblocks to change through thoughtful coaching and you’ll receive journal prompts along the way.
You’ll have access to me via Trainerize and Voxer as well as weekly check-ins where we’ll look at progress, adjust macros and programming as needed, and working through any mindset hurdles that popped up.
You’ll join a supportive community of women just like you in our Facebook group where there is always someone to cheer you on. I’ll pop in often to answer questions and hold two Facebook live sessions each month for Q&A and discussion on aspects of health, fitness, and life.
