1:1 programs are tailored to meet you where you are. I create your program according to your goals, current fitness level, access to equipment, and schedule and emphasize form and functional, pain-free movement.
Every Program Includes:
- Workout plan crafted to fit your goals, experience, schedule, and access to equipment
- Minimum 3 days of workouts per week
- Realistic goal setting and monthly evaluations on progress towards goals
- Weekly program progress check-ins via True Coach
- Video demonstrations of exercises and form via True Coach
- Video analysis of your movement patterns via True Coach
- Access to me via True Coach
