This was the first year I wasn’t able to watch the ACM Awards live since… Well, I’m not sure. The show aired live on Amazon Prime at 5PM PST, right while I was in the middle of my TV Budgeting class. I kept up via Twitter though and of course kept track of my favorite looks from the night.
Here are my picks for Best Dressed from the 2022 ACM Awards
Carrie Underwood can do no wrong. I’ll forever have a girl crush on her. I saw a slow motion video of her getting out of the car at the red carpet and the woman was FIERCE with the strut and the hair flip.
I make no apologies for including Carrie Underwood a second time because this was one of my favorite dresses ever. I want it. I would wear it every day. EVERY DAY. Even just sitting on my couch.
I mean, she’s Dolly Parton. You gotta include Dolly Parton, right?
There was a lot of blue on the ACM Awards Red Carpet, and Tenille Arts for sure had one of my favorite looks. Classic. Elegant.
Some years the men bring the heat. Others they don’t. This was a mediocre year for the men in my opinion – lots of well-dressed men in suits but many that went the extra mile. Ryan Hurd, however, understood the assignment.
I’ll forever have a soft spot for Walker Hayes and he wore the heck out of that black tux.
Kelsea Ballerini was a smoke show. And she has the No. 1 song in the country with “Half of My Hometown.” Not a bad day for Kelsea at all.
Carly Pearce wore my favorite look from the ACM Awards. This lavender gown is STUNNING and she is just glowing in it.
I thought Tenille Townes looked FIERCE in this suit ensemble.
Zuri Hall. That’s all. Gorgeous.
I’ll stop there. I won’t do a “worst dressed” because I think those are mean and we’re all doing the best we can these days, right? But I’d love to hear your thoughts on which outfits you loved!
