50 Ways To Feel Better Fast

Do you ever find yourself in a slump and thinking “I just want to feel better fast?” Maybe your anxiety is high or life is piling on lemons or you’re just having a crappy day. You want to make like Dorothy, click your heels, and instead of going home, make it all go away. 

While I’m not Glinda the Good Witch (even though I do read oracle cards), I am giving you no less than fifty ways to feel better fast. And they’re as simple as clicking your heels together, just like Dorothy. 

  1. Take a walk.
  2. Make a cup of tea or coffee.
  3. Read a chapter of a favorite book.
  4. Write down 5 things you’re grateful for.
  5. Listen to a guided meditation.
  6. Sit in child’s pose. 
  7. Lay in savasana for a few minutes.

  9. Brain dump everything in your head onto a piece of paper.
  10. Unfollow people not bringing you joy on social media.
  11. Watch a funny YouTube video.
  12. Play with your pet.
  13. Call a friend you haven’t talked to in a while.
  14. Take a bubble bath.

  17. Slick on your favorite lipstick.
