My online personalized training programs are tailored to meet you where you are. I develop each program to your goals, current fitness level, access to equipment, and time to commit to your health. My programs focus on strength training and HIIT work with an emphasis on form and functional, pain-free movement.
Personalized training programs include:
- Fitness plan crafted to fit your goals, experience, schedule, and access to equipment
- Minimum 3 days of workouts – up to 6 days based on your goals (Want more or less? Let’s talk.)
- Realistic goal setting and monthly evaluations on progress towards goals
- Weekly program progress check-ins with Sarah via Fitbot
- Video demonstrations of exercises and correct form via Fitbot
- Video analysis of your movement patterns via Fitbot
- Access to Sarah via Fitbot
