I develop each program to your goals, current fitness level, access to equipment, and time to commit to your health (minimum of three 1 hour workouts a week). My programs focus on strength training and HIIT work with an emphasis on form and functional, pain-free movement.
Personalized training programs include:
- Fitness plan crafted to fit your goals, experience, schedule, and access to equipment
- Minimum 3 days of workouts – up to 6 days based on your goals
- Realistic goal setting and monthly evaluations on progress towards goals
- Weekly program progress check-ins with Sarah via Fitbot
- Video demonstrations of exercises and correct form via Fitbot
- Video analysis of your movement patterns via Fitbot
- Access to Sarah for questions via Fitbot
