Well, hello there!
It’s been quiet around here, no?
That’s been on purpose – but more on that next week.
As I return to this space full-time, I thought I would share a little about myself. I wrote a whole post about my weightloss journey and how I found my love of health, fitness, and nutrition. I wrote another one about why I lost the weight. Those are pretty good places to start to learn more about my background in the fitness world.
I also wanted to share some fun, interesting facts so you can get to know me, the person, a little better moving forward. Here are 40 things I want you to know about me.
